You can opt to have your order delivered to a different address, for example if it is a present or you would prefer to have the goods delivered to your work address. You will have an opportunity to request this during the ordering process. It is also possible to input and save several different delivery addresses, so that you do not need to type these in again at a subsequent visit.
As soon as we have processed your order we will send you the barcode for your consignment by e-mail, so that you can follow the delivery status of your order on www.tracktrace.nl. By putting the barcode and post code in the appropriate fields and clicking on "search" you can see precisely where your order is at that moment. This information will be visible on the TNT website for 24 hours after the despatch of your order.
Your order will be delivered to the stated address by the DPD package service. If you are not at home and this is not a cash on delivery order, the carrier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour and put a card in your letterbox stating where it can be collected. If it is not possible to leave the delivery with a neighbour, your order will be redelivered at a later time. If you are not at home for the second time you can make an apointment for delivery at another time or at another location via www.nieuwelevering.nl. (at work, friends, family) It will not be possible to leave cash on delivery orders with neighbours. The foregoing applies to orders for delivery within the Netherlands.
