If an item appears on your invoice which should have been in your package but is missing, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com. Please state your order number and the article number of the missing item, and we will investigate it. Normally we will be able to deliver the missing item free of charge. If this is not possible we will refund the amount you have paid for the item.
